e want Justice on Seun Egbegbe. This is not his first time” – Computer Village Trader...

A visit to computer village where the incident happened will make you discard all the press releases from Seun Egbegbe’s camp. Seun Egbegbe is Toyin Aimakhu’s notorious former lover after she left her husband, Adeniyi Johnson.

You may recall that the relationship was violent with accusation and counter-accusations. Toyin was reported to have fled for her life before Seun came on a video interview after the incident to tell the world that his former mistress cannot find a man who will satisfy her.

This notoriety of Seun Egbegbe is known all over the famous computer village market also. He is said to be extremely influential with Lagos Area boys and had the backing of some unknown godfathers.

This is not the first time Seun has been enmeshed in a case like this but before things could get out of hand, everything got sorted. He has been allegedly involved in many of such cases without repercussions.

see conjoined Twins at the head look at each other for the first time after a successful 27-hour surgery to separate them (see photo)...

Jadon and Anias McDonald, twins conjoined at the crown of their heads from birth were pictured looking at each other for the first time, since after a successful 27-hour surgery to separate them.

The 14-months-old brothers were on October 13, 2016, successfully separated during a grueling, life-threatening 27-hour operation, which took place at the Montefiore Hospital, in New York.

A month after the operation, as they make a historically rapid recovery, they duo were pictured staring open-mouthed at each other. Before now, Jadon and Anias shared every second of their lives together, until last month when they were separated.

The pair will be moved to a rehab facility shortly after Thanksgiving. Anias, who was already struggling before the operation, is having more difficulties recovering due to regular seizure, contracting viruses and infections, but their surgeon, Dr Philip Goodrich, said he believes Anias will pull through, and he thinks Jadon is a great force of energy for him at this time. 'Separating the two is probably not a good idea at this point,' Dr. Goodrich told CNN,

Jadon and Anias' recovery marks the fastest recovery for separation of craniopagus twins; (twins conjoined at the head) in history, beating the previous record of eight weeks, the doctors said. Jadon is already ready to move, as he is now vibrant, active, and energetic, pulling at his bandages and playing with anyone who enters the ward.

The boys were born via cesarean section last September near Chicago, Illinois.Their parents Nicole and Christian insisted her boys were perfect as they were. But in order to let them lead normal lives, they travelled to Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, New York, to have one of the world's most esteemed surgeons perform the incredibly rare operation to separate their heads. The operation costs $2.5million.

Anias and Jadon, have a three-year-old brother Aza. The pair was technically called 'craniopagus twins' - a phenomenon that occurs just once in every 2.5million births in United States. Based on national statistics, it is astonishing the lucky twins made it to 13 months. Around 40 percent of craniopagus twins are stillborn. Of those that survive, a third, die within 24 hours of birth. Again,if craniopagus twins survive that point, there is still an 80 percent risk they will die before the age of two if they are not separated.

However, separation meant one or both of the twins could suffer developmental complications and Anias was already showing one of the signs, but the doctors who warned that Anias’s case might happen owing to the fact that he suffered breathing issues, seizures and heart problems even before the surgery, have successfully put him on medication that eventually stopped the attacks last month.

A boy who was beaten and burnt to death in Lagos for allegedly stealing?

Remember the story today of the boy who was beaten and burnt to death in Lagos for allegedly stealing? Read here. Well, he's not 7 years old like earlier speculated but he's still a young boy and from voices heard in the video it's alleged that he stole a phone and not garri as earlier reported.

It's also alleged that he wanted to kill the owner of the phone before he was apprehended, beaten and burnt to death. This happened at Alafia along Badagry-Expressway of Lagos last Saturday. Nothing warrants such barbaric act. Nothing! Watch the heartbreaking videos after the cut.

Execution of a Nigerian in Singapore, heartbreaking - Abike Dabiri-Erewa....

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Hon Abike Dabiri-Erewa has described the execution of a Nigerian in Singapore on Friday for drug related offences as heartbreaking.

In a statement by her Special Assistant on Media, Abdur-Rahman Balogun in Abuja said that the planned execution was heartbreaking despite repeated warnings to Nigerians to obey the laws of the land of their host countries.

Dabiri-Erewa said since Singapore determined to enforce its laws as a deterrent to drug trafficking, which has reduced as a result of its stringent capital punishment , nothing much can be done
"While we regret the death of the Nigerian, we once again appeal to Nigerians to avoid crimes like drug trafficking with most countries especially in Asia declaring zero tolerance for drug trafficking.", Dabiri-Erewa stated.

She reiterated her appeal to Nigerians to avoid drug peddling in their host countries as laws of countries, whether acceptable or not, will be difficult to influence.
A Nigerian, Chijoke Obioha was caught in Singapore trafficking in hard drugs on December 30, 2008 with his execution slated for Friday November 18.

Obioha was arrested with more than 2.6 kilograms of cannabis, surpassing the statutory amount of 500 grams presumed as drug trafficking in Singapore on April 9, 2007
The Amnesty International had called on Singapore to immediately halt Friday’s planned execution of Chijoke Stephen Obioha, a Nigerian national on death row for possession of drugs.

Obioha’s family was informed that his appeal for clemency has been rejected.

Rafendi Djamin, Amnesty International’s Director for South-East Asia and the Pacific, said: “The Singapore government still has time to halt the execution of Chijoke Stephen Obioha. We are dismayed that clemency has not been granted in his case, but remain hopeful that they won’t carry out this cruel and irreversible punishment against a person sentenced to the mandatory death penalty for a crime that should not even be punished by death. “

"The death penalty is never the solution. It will not rid Singapore of drugs. By executing people for drug-related offences, which do not meet the threshold of most serious crimes, Singapore is violating international law.

Obioha was arrested with more than 2.6 kilograms of cannabis, surpassing the statutory amount of 500 grams presumed as drug trafficking in Singapore on April 9, 2007.
Under Singaporean law, when there is a presumption of drug possession and trafficking, the burden of proof shifts from the prosecutor to the defendant.

This violates the right to a fair trial by turning the presumption of innocence on its head. Drug-related offences do not meet the threshold of the “most serious crimes” to which the use of the death penalty must be restricted under international law.

International law also prohibits the imposition of the death penalty as a mandatory punishment and Amnesty International opposes the use of the death penalty outright, regardless of the crime.......
